Family mruby Web Studio

• Click the screen to switch the machine on. Mouse and keyboard work while it has focus; the top-left menu has the launcher and the editor.
• Sound starts only after that first click.
• Kana: Ctrl+Space, or click [A] in the menu bar. Romaji as usual.
• Kept between visits: /home, /app/usr (where the launcher looks for your apps), and your settings. None of it leaves this browser.
• Not kept: everything else, /tmp above all. A private window keeps nothing, and a browser may reclaim the space after a long absence.
• Backup: Download saves your work and settings as one file; Restore puts them back, here or in another browser. Erase clears both, and puts every setting back to its default.
• Two tabs: only the first one saves.
• Resolution reloads the page when changed. Colours are the machine's own: pick a theme in Config, inside it.
• Full screen: where the browser allows it the machine keeps Esc; where it does not, Esc leaves full screen.
• Phone or tablet: it runs, the screen is fitted, and a finger works as a mouse -- but you cannot type, so the editor and the shell need a real keyboard.

What it is not

• Not a service: everything runs in this page, on your machine.
• Not a machine that remembers everything: outside the places named above, it is rebuilt from the bundle on each visit.
• Desktop Chrome and Firefox are the target. Safari is untested.
